Course Description

Course Date 23rd August - Start time TBC A rewilding experience sea fishing, coastal foraging and gourmet cooking. Cast off on a thrilling seafaring adventure for a day of boat fishing in the bountiful waters off the West Sussex coast. Experience the excitement of reeling in your own catch, with expert guidance to help you land a variety of seasonal species. Back on shore, we'll embark on a guided coastal forage, discovering edible treasures hidden along the shoreline. Finally, gather around the fire and learn to transform your fresh catch and foraged finds into a delectable seaside feast. This immersive experience combines the thrill of fishing, the joy of foraging and the satisfaction of preparing a truly wild-to-table meal. The day has been organised in conjunction with particular solar and lunar events and at a time of year when the ocean is thriving its most. It will be run in collaboration with a specialist sea fisherman, we'll also be joined by one of the brilliant chefs we work alongside.
