Course Description

Course Date 8th May A full day special event immersing into West Sussex's beautiful and bountiful coastal foraging habitats to indulge in delicious gourmet wild food. On a full day coastal forage & gourmet cook you will be guided through foraging habitats renowned for a variety of coastal wild foods including sea veg, coastal plants and shellfish. The forage will be followed with a gourmet wild food menu on the beach, the freshly foraged wild food will be cooked by Jaqueline Wise, one of the top private chefs in the South East. She won Channel 4's Win it Cook it, has worked in Buckingham Palace and the Ritz and is one of my favourite wild food chefs. Jaqueline runs her own Nomadic cookery school and her own private cheffing business. The course will be held in Chichester Harbour with a walk expected to last 4 hours with a break and there will be about 2 hours of cooking and demonstrations. The day will be fun, interactive and educational giving you an experience with life long memories and skills and of course delicious recipes.
