Course Date 29th March - 4 Spaces Left A full day experience immersing into West Sussex's beautiful and bountiful landscapes to gather your own wild food and to indulge in delicious gourmet wild food cuisine and yes there will be fire cookery! On a full day forage & gourmet cook we will be exploring the rich landscapes collecting choice edibles just as our recent ancestors did. The freshly foraged ingredients will be used in a gourmet wild food menu prepared by Jaqueline Wise who won Channel 4's Win it Cook it, has worked in Buckingham Palace and the Ritz and is one of my favourite wild food chefs. The course will be held in Pulborough with a walk is expected to last 4 hours and there will be about 2 hours of cooking and demonstrations. The menu is TBA!
